Delivery and payment methods
Term of execution and delivery:
- Standard gates: 5 working days;
- Gates with atypical dimensions: 7 to 10 days.
- "PALEX" transport company cargo on pallets;
- Transport by our cars.
- Through CEC BANK with the invoice received from us;
- payment order.
Products damaged or non-compliant, upon delivery
In the case of delivery of a damaged or non-compliant product, the customer has the possibility to refuse delivery and to specify this on the transport document of the carrier. Therefore, the customer will check the compliance of the delivered products and will inform the Todome Fero SRL hotline service by e-mail, telephone or registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Todome Fero SRL, Sat Leu, Comuna Leu, T54, P3, Lot 2 (1/2A), Dolj. Todome Fero SRL undertakes to take over the damaged or non-compliant products at its own expense and to re-dispatch as soon as possible compliant products.
Loss of packages
If within 10 days after the order has been processed by Todome Fero SRL, the delivery was not made, the customer has to inform by telephone, fax or e-mail the hotline service of SC Todome Fero SRL. SC Todome Fero SRL will submit a complaint to the supplier to find out the reason for the delivery delay. There may be several reasons:
- the carrier does not find the delivery address or does not have it anymore; under these conditions Todome Fero SRL will send the delivery details to the carrier and the package will be delivered within 48-72 hours.
- the package is not found or was delivered to the wrong address and therefore the carrier opens an investigation that may take up to 10 days; Consequently, if the package is found, it will be directed to the recipient and if the package is declared lost then Todome Fero SRL will make a new delivery or refund the order, depending on the customer's wish.
