Delivery
The delivery will take place at the address communicated by the CUSTOMER when ordering on the Website.
Delivery will be made within the terms indicated on the order confirmation that the SELLER will have communicated to the CUSTOMER. Delivery terms will be counted after the actual payment of the order.
If the CUSTOMER'S order consists of several products of different nature and whose production times may be different, the CUSTOMER will be able to have his/her order delivered in several separate packages, at different dates, respecting the maximum delivery time.
Delayed delivery: when placing the order, the CUSTOMER has the option to delay the delivery of his product or. Delayed delivery is when the CUSTOMER chooses a later date for the delivery of his product than the one originally planned by the SELLER (in the case of a building site, for example). When the CUSTOMER chooses the delayed delivery method, then the CUSTOMER must allow a period of fifteen days during which the products can be delivered to him.
On the other hand, if the CUSTOMER wishes to change the delivery date at a later date (due to a construction delay for example), the administrative costs related to this change will be invoiced on the basis of an additional offer.
Todome undertakes to implement all necessary means to meet the delivery dates indicated. Thus, in the event of a delivery delay of which the SELLER is informed, the SELLER undertakes to notify the CUSTOMER as soon as possible.
Delivery will be made using our specific carriers.
When the products leave the factory, our specialized carriers will contact the CUSTOMER within a maximum of 5 days. It is therefore up to the CUSTOMER to give priority to a mobile phone number where he can be contacted.
It will be the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to make themselves available to receive the products on the date agreed with the carrier. If upon delivery on the agreed delivery date, the CUSTOMER has not been able to receive the product without prior notice to the carrier, a new delivery date must be rescheduled. Also, the transportation and rescheduling of the new delivery date will be invoiced on the basis of an additional offer.
General Information
As far as the products are concerned, the customer must assist in unloading, taking all safety precautions and precautions with regard to himself, drivers and vehicles.
It is also the customer's responsibility to provide easy access for a truck of maximum 33 tons for unloading the ordered products. A free area for unloading the product is imperative as close as possible to the place of storage of the product.
If the carrier finds that delivery is impossible, he will agree with you on a new delivery point as close as possible to the delivery address indicated on the order form. You may therefore be charged for any additional costs.
The signature of the CUSTOMER or their representative, either on paper or digitally, will constitute proof of delivery of the parcels.
In case of an error in the delivery address indicated by the CUSTOMER, the SELLER cannot be held responsible for the defect or delays in delivery. In the case of return of the product on the platform, any reshipping costs will be charged to the CUSTOMER.
The amount of the delivery costs is calculated on the basis of the weight of the parcel and the delivery mode selected when confirming the order.
If the product ordered by the CUSTOMER is eventually unavailable, the SELLER will inform the CUSTOMER who may withdraw or terminate the contract and will be reimbursed within thirty days at the latest.
In case the SELLER is unable to deliver the ordered product due to force majeure, bad weather or other circumstances that are not its fault, it will inform the CUSTOMER. After a period of one month, if the SELLER considers that it will not be able to honor the order, it will refund the amount paid by the CUSTOMER.
For our bulky products (Pergola, Carport, Freestanding, Gate), our transportation prices are based on the accessibility of the delivery point by trucks up to 33T. Also, otherwise, prices may vary and may be subject to additional invoicing taking into account in particular the services to be performed, the nature, weight, volume of the goods to be transported, the distance and the material used.
Reception
Each delivery shall be deemed to have been made as soon as the Product is made available to the Customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the control system used by the carrier.
Any Product delivered by Todome must be accompanied by the delivery note or transportation receipt. The delivery note or waybill must be signed by the Customer or any person duly authorized by the Customer. In the absence of a delivery note or transportation voucher, the Customer shall refuse the Product.
The Customer must, upon delivery, make all examinations for damage, missing items, defects or other apparent defects in the Products delivered to his order. This inspection must relate to the quantities and condition of the Products delivered. The Customer must check in particular the condition of the packaging, the number of packages and the Products in quantities, references, condition and characteristics.
