Terms and Conditions

todome.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") belongs to the company Todome Fero SRL, with registered office in Aleea 2 Henry Ford nr 2A, Craiova, Dolj, registered at the Trade Register Office under number J16/1467/2009, CUI: RO26228399. This document sets out the terms and conditions under which you may use the Site. The Site also includes various domains and sub-links belonging to the commercial company Todome Fero SRL ("the Company").

Access to and use of the Site is subject to the following terms and conditions. Use of the Site, registration and access to the services implies implicit acceptance without objection and/or reservation of these terms and conditions, with all the consequences resulting from their acceptance. 7. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

According to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, the commercial company Todome Fero SRL is obliged to manage in good faith, safely and only for the purposes mentioned, the personal data that you provide us about you, a member of your family or another person. The purposes of data collection are marketing, advertising and publicity, real estate transactions and electronic communication services. You expressly agree to provide information to the Site in a fair, honest and truthful manner and to the Company's use of it.
