Vopsirea electrostatica este un proces diferit fata de vopsirea conventionala in principal datorita faptului ca nu este folosit un solvent pentru a pastra continutul si liantul vopselei intr-o forma lichida.
Vopseaua consta intr-o pulbere fina care curge printr-un mecanism de pulverizare, adera electrostatic la substrat (suprafata piesei vopsite) si apoi este intarita in cuptoare de incalzire pentru a putea forma un invelis de vopsea.
Todome garanteaza produsele sale astfel: • Pentru deteriorarea sudurilor (ruperea) o perioada de 2 ani (24 luni) pentru persoanele fizice, respectiv 1 an (12 luni) pentru persoanele juridice, de la data livrarii. • Materialele folosite sunt produse in conformitate cu standardele de produs conform declaratiilor de la furnizori. • Produsele sunt rezistente la variatii mari de temperatura (ger, canicula) asa cum rezulta din certificatele de garantie primite de la furnizori. • Todome nu garanteaza pentru deteriorarea vopselei, iar dupa montarea acestora, se recomanda revopsirea lor.
